For the Grave is a fairly simple song. It's about regret, and wanting to change those regrets. The older we become, the wiser we become (hopefully). We're all heading for the grave, so change, or make right those regrets while you can.
First, I'm really glad you're doing this. I'm excited to get these songs, and to hear the meanings behind them (again...but really). It's interesting, and I think other people are gonna love this too. (:
How'd you extract the music from the videos? Or...did you rerecord these songs for the podcasts? (:
thanks claire, I have most of these songs recorded as quick demos, so I'm just using those recordings for the podcast. They're basically just one take through the song so I have it down somewhere.
